The waste heat boiler equipment adopts a modular structure to facilitate transportation and installation. The module is composed of a tube cluster, which is a serpentine tube assembly composed of dozens of tubes. There are an upper header and a lower header at both ends of the module, which belong to the heated part of the boiler. The water is heated by the external high-temperature gas inside the module.

The steam-water system is mainly composed of three parts: low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure. It can produce low-pressure superheated steam, medium-pressure superheated steam, and high-pressure superheated steam at the same time, respectively drive low-pressure steam turbines, medium-pressure steam turbines, and high-pressure steam turbines, which can fully convert the thermal energy of gas into mechanical work.

     The low-pressure part consists of a low-pressure economizer, a low-pressure steam drum, a low-pressure evaporator, and a low-pressure superheater. The cold water from the condensate pump is preheated by a low-pressure economizer and then input into a low-pressure steam drum. An evaporator is connected below the steam drum. The water is heated into saturated steam in the low-pressure evaporator and rises to the low-pressure steam drum.

     Saturated steam is output from the low-pressure steam drum and then heated by the low-pressure superheater to produce low-pressure superheated steam, which is used to drive the low-pressure steam turbine to perform work. The waste heat boiler is mainly composed of imported flue, furnace body, steam drum and chimney.

     There are dense pipes in the furnace body, and the water pump will press the water to be heated into these pipes. The high-temperature gas discharged from the gas turbine will heat the water in the pipe into high-pressure steam. The waste heat steam boiler has three parts: low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure, which can be produced at the same time. Low-pressure superheated steam, medium-pressure superheated steam, and high-pressure superheated steam respectively drive low-pressure steam turbines, medium-pressure steam turbines, and high-pressure steam turbines to drive generators to generate electricity, which can greatly increase the power generation of gas turbine power plants.
