Exhaust branch pipe: SUS304 stainless steel plate, inner wall thickness of 1.0mm, outer wall thickness of 0.8mm. The entire horizontal and vertical exhaust pipes are made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, with an inner wall thickness of 1.2mm and an outer wall thickness of 1.0mm. (This thickness is suitable for smoke pipes ≥800mm) Prefabricated dual-insulation stainless steel smoke exhaust pipes, dedicated to smoke exhaust.

The stainless steel smoke exhaust pipe adopts the welding process of single-sided welding and double-sided forming (no welding wire), which guarantees the service life of the chimney for 30 years, and is constructed according to the installation requirements provided by the manufacturer. The smoke pipes that need flange connection are connected with Q2 clamps, and the square pipes are connected with TFD flanges, and high-temperature gas-tight gaskets are provided.

Vertical exhaust pipes must use support frames with an interval of 4-6m as the guide and support for the vertical exhaust pipes. The horizontal pipeline must guarantee a slope of 3-5‰.

The bottom of the vertical exhaust pipe should be equipped with a cleaning/drainage device.

Each boiler flue outlet is equipped with a flue regulating valve, and an explosion-proof valve is installed at an appropriate position.

The entire exhaust pipe should be supported by the floor, wall and roof as much as possible, and all support brackets should not be in direct contact with the exhaust pipe. All supporting supports shall allow the corresponding displacement caused by the expansion and contraction of the smoke exhaust pipe, without affecting the building structure.

flue three links should complement each other to facilitate the smooth emission of flue gas.
